1. Definitions

Service Provider: MoonGleam Travel Agency, registered tourism company operating in Cappadocia, Turkey.

Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases or intends to purchase services from MoonGleam Travel.

• Airport and Hotel Transfer Services
• Package Tour Programs

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Reservations can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

3.2. A reservation is confirmed only after receiving payment confirmation.

3.3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash payment.

3.4. All prices are listed in EUR/USD/TRY and are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Customer Obligations

4.2. Customers must arrive at the designated pickup point on time.

6. Liability

6.2. The Company is not responsible for personal injuries resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

6.3. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nevşehir Courts.
